Folio 127d - Nicholas Ford of Hockelyff, made 1 Aug. pr. 13 Dec. 1545. Burial in parish church yard of Hoclyff. To wife Anne the copyhold house where testator dwells, and also all goods both within the house and without. To wife also his shop and all the implements in the shop as long as she lives, and on her death it is to go to the eldest of his children together with the copyhold house. Wife to be executrix and Master Robert Fayrford to be overseer, to whom 5s.. Witnesses sir George Edwardes curate, Richard West and Richard Wayne.
