Henry Lawson and Edward Butler to have testator's house and lands in Stotfold until Edward Butler has been repaid the sum of £7 6s. 8d., and Henry Lawson has been repaid £7, which Thomas Mondes had borrowed of them. When debts had been paid then property to go to son John Mondes and his issue, in default to testator's son Peter and his issue, in default to daughter Elzabeth and her issue. Should testator's wife Amy be pregnant of a son, then if both John and Peter die without issue, property to go to this son before it comes to daughter Elzabeth Testator's brother Richard Mondes to have the blue coat and a pair of boots. To wife Amy all goods and chattles and household stuff, and she to be sole executrix, but if she refuses then Edward Butler and Henry Lawson to be executors. Residue at disposition of wife Amye.
