Burial in the church yard of Holewell; to mother church of Lincoln 2d.; to the high altar of Holwell 20d.; to the Sepulchre light 12d.; to the Rood light 12d.; to the upkeep of the torches there 12d.; to all his godchildren a bushel of barley each; to the high way in Ekellford Stret 20d.; to the upkeep of Ekelford Church 12d.; to the church of Arlyssey 20d.. To Cristopher Page testator's sister's son 12d. and to Thomas Page 16d., to Agnes Page 12d.. To his son Richard Lawndy the house where testator now dwells with all his land both free and copyhold when he comes to the age of 21, he now being 10 years old. Richard to have on his entry to the property a shod cart or else 20s. in money, and the corn of 3 acres and 3 roods growing on testator's freehold land. And if the free land is not sown that year, then so much corn to be taken from the crop growing on the copyhold land. To the said Richard 4 marks sterling, of which he is to have 4 nobles at the age of 15, and the other 4 nobles to be given to the overseer of the will within the next 4 years, and he to use it for Richard's benefit. To him also 2 horses worth 5 nobles. Should Richard die without issue before the age of 21, then the copyhold land to go to testator's daughter Margret Laundy, and she to give to her 2 sisters 40s. each, and to testator's wife Agnes Lawndye 40s., and the freehold land to be divided equally between his 3 daughters, Margret, Jone and Alys. To daughter Margret Laundye 26s. 8d. and to daughter Joane Lawndye 20s., and to daughter Alys 20s.. Each daughter, dying without issue, to have her sisters as her heirs, and if none have issue then his wife to be their heir. To brother Thomas Lawndye a brown one-year-old bullock. To John Burman 2 bushel of barley. To Joan Marshall a bushel of barley. Wife Agnes Lawndye to have the house where testator now dwells with all land both free and copyhold until his son comes to the age of 21, she to keep house in good repair, or else son to enter property immediately, To John Knott the younger 5s.. To wife Agnes Lawndye all other goods, Executors to be John Knot the younger and wife Agnes Lawndye, with Richard Parre clerk overseer, to whom 3s. 4d.. Witnesses Robert Throppe and Richard Parre.
