To John 2 quarters of barley and 40s. in money. To son Richard 20s. in money. To daughter Ezabell 20s. in money. To son Nicholas 5 acres of freehold land which testator bought of his cousin Henry Lylly. To wife Jone another acre which testator bought of Richard Lylly to give or to sell or to bequeath. To daughter Jone a quarter of barley. His son Nicholas is to pay the aforesaid barley to the children. Residue to wife Jone and son Nicholas, and they are to occupy "my husbandry" between them, and to be testator's executors, and make provision for souls of testator and all Christians. Witnesses Robert Wyngayt gentleman, John Lucas, Henry Cockeing.
