Folio 101 - Edmund Stevens of Flytwike made 2 Oct. pr. 14 Oct. 1545. Burial in church yard of Flytwike. To mother church of Lincoln 2d.; to a priest to say five masses in the honour of the Five Wounds of Jesus Christ 20d.; to maintain the Sepulchre light 20d.. To his children William Stevens and Katering Stevens a bullock each. To Maryan the wife of Antony Carter 2s.. To her child 8d.. To every godchild 2d.. To brother Henry Stevens his tawny coat; to sister Agnes Flawnders 20d.. Residue to wife Margret Stevens, and she to be an executor with Henry Colluppe (to whom 3s. 4d..). His executors are to see legacies performed and to use residue for souls of testator and of all Christians. Witnesses Thomas Grene clerk and vicar of Flytwike, John Sheffild and William Byssett, all of Flytwike.
