    Folio 37d - John Manfild of Wrastelingworth made 5 July proved 27 Sept. 1544 Burial in the churchyard of Wrastelingworth; to the church of Lincoln 2d.; to the high altar of the parish church 4d.; to his parish church one cow to keep testator's obit yearly which cow is to be in the custody of testator's wife during her lifetime she paying 2s. annually to the church wardens, of which 2s. half is to keep his obit and the other half to go to the church box, and the obit is to be kept at the same time as testator's brother's obit. sir William Rymer the curate is to have for his bederoll, dirige and mass one mass penny and 4d.. To cousin Elene Manfild £4, a red heifer, a mattress, a bolster, a pair of linen sheets with an honest covering. To Thomas Wenham an old cart, and to his two children a ewe and a lamb. To Jone Wylson a calf. To Thomas Wenham testator's black coat. To Edmund Wylson testator's best tawney coat. To Elzabeth Sander a kercher cloth. To John Kente testator's old black coat. Residue to wife Margery who is to be executrix, and Master the parson, testator's curate, is to be overseer, and he is to have 3s. 4d.. Witnesses Thomas Sander, Richard Kererington, William Wenham.
