    Folio 34 - Elzabeth Franckelyn made 15 June pr. 28 July 1544. Burial in the churchyard of St. Peter 's in Thurle. To high altar there 2s.; to mother church of Lincoln 4d.; to parish church of Thurle 5 marks to buy a cope. To the vicar of Thurle for his pains and labour 2s.; to him for her mortuary 10s.; and to him also 10s. for a trental to be said for souls of testator, her husband and all Christians. To her daughter Agnes Faldow a couple of oxen, a couple of kine, testator's bed that she lies in as it is, a pair of flaxen sheets, a pair of canvas sheets. To George Orne a cow bullock of 2 years of age. To her sister Betres Jenever a cow and a kirtle. To Jone Thrayle a pair of sheets and a board cloth. To Jane Ardren a pair of sheets and a board cloth. To Nicholas Franckeling the next best of testator's horses. To Thomas Ardrun a two year old bullock. To Elzabeth Ardrun a couple of oxen, a couple of kine. To son William Franckelyn a couple of oxen and a couple of kine. To son John Franckelyn a couple of oxen and a couple of kine. To every godchild 4d. A sheet each to Jone Benet, Katering Cooke, Jone Sawnson. Jone Bulmer. Agnes Gylman ,the wife of William Howse, the wife of Thomas Tayler, the wife of Richard Palmer. Residue to be distributed among her four children, that is William, John, Elzabeth and Agnes at the discretion of William Franckeling and John her sons, whom she makes her executors, and as supervisors testator's brother William Barre and Thomas Webbe, each of these to have 3s. 4d..
