Burial in the churchyard of Cramfild; to the high altar 12d.; to the bells 20d..He wishes to have two trentals sung for him and his friends in the church of Cramfild for the sum of 20s. To the Brotherhed of Corpus Christi in Cramfild, 6s. 8d.. To mending the way from the elm at Odells to the church 3s. 4d.. His son Robert is to enjoy his copyhold, which his wife and son Robert are to occupy for as long as she lives, but if son Robert die under age, then the copyhold to go to son Edward, and so from one to another. Whichever son has the copyhold is charged with the legacies. To son Edward £4, which is to be paid 20s. in 1546, then 20s. a year until all is paid. To daughter Angnes 20s. after the legacy to son Edward has been paid. To dau. Elzabeth 20s. to be paid at St. Elenes day in 1545. To dau. Alys 20s.. To dau. Margret 20s.. To son William 20s..To dau. Jone 20s.. To son Richard 20s.. His children Alys, Margret, William, Jone and Richard not to receive their money until they come to the age of 17. The legacy of any child dying be divided between survivors of Angnes, Ezabell [sic] , Alys, Margret, William, Jone and Richard. Residue to wife Angnes and son Robert, executors.
