Letter from Ann Chappel to Andrew Underwood:
- she had made considerable progress transcribing the Wingfield letters;
- asking where AU got his information that Julia Wingfield died in a nursing home which may have been an asylum, the death certificate showing death occurred at Stansted Hall, owned by Fuller Maitland;
- she had been in correspondence with the Benyons who would be grateful to have the wedding album back at their seat at Englefield [Berkshire], rather than giving it to Bedfordshire & Luton Archives & Records Service as per the arrangement with Joyce Matthews [see AU10/30/12 - this was done in September 2005];
- she was serving a second term as mayor of Fakenham [Norfolk]
