Court held in Ampthill parish church 12th November 1539. Dunstable William Wilson appeared and confessed that he had committed adultery with Alice Wod of the same place, and the lord imposed public penance for two Sundays at Dunstable, in which parish the offence was committed, and the penance was done,. And they were dismissed.
