    [f. 11d] (see also ABP/R 6 f. 40) Robert Drabull of Melcheburne made 26 Nov. 1539, proved 4 Feb. 1539/40. Burial in the church yard of Melchburne; to the church of Lincoln 4d.; to the high altar 12d.; to the church of Melcheburne 2s.; for a trental 10s.; for his burial 26s. 8d.. To wife Jame 11 quarters of barley, 3 milch beasts and 3 bullocks, a mare, 20 sheep, and all the household stuff that was her own. To son George all his horses and their gears, both for plough and cart, 2 shod carts; all his crop charged with the payment of the 11 quarters of barley to his wife; 6 milch beasts, 3 bullocks and 4 "share" sheep, a great pot and a great pan, a posnet, 2 little pans, a chafing dish and a brass mortar, with all the implements and household stuff in the house and in the yard; all his tilth throughout the field. To John Drable a brass pot and 20 sheep. To each of the three children of Thomas Bermes 2 sheep, and a bullock of the last year's weaning. To the children of William Drable a ewe and a lamb. To Thomas Barne and his wife 10 sheep. To William Bowghtwey 3 sheep and a 2 year old bullock. To Robert Stabulden 2 ewes, 2 lambs and a year old bullock. Residue to son George, who is to be an executor with Richard Nele and John Marshall. Witnesses Henry Plummer, John [?]Wroo, John Adam and others. Overseer Thomas Barne, each to have 2s. (presumably this refers to executors and overseer).
