To son Robert his best brass pot and pan; 3 bushels of malt and 2 bushels of wheat at his marriage. A trental to be done in the church for souls of testator and his wife, 10s.. To son Thomas a pair of new harden sheets, a pewter dish, a pewter plate. Wife Emme to be executrix, and supervisor William Purrear. To son Thomas (after death of testator and Emme his wife) testator's house and land in Warley. Witnesses sir Grace, William Purear, John Odell of the Ferme, Robart Vane, John Rede, Thomas Barell. His surrender be given up according to the custom of the manor at the next court day.
