- TitleLetter from Henry P.Powell at 148 Leadenhall Street London to John Thomas Green: "Enclosed I send you a form of conversion, or assent to conversion of £23756.8.4 Consols, standing in our joint names, which form part of the Trust under the late Wm.Morris Will. This I have signed and shall feel obliged when you have put your name to it, that you will kindly forward it to Messrs Gurney & Co Norwich in accordance with their request as contained in the enclosed note. It appears they have also sent you a form but can now be destroyed. The descriptions require filling in. I may mention that I cannot make the amount quite agree with my books perhaps at your leisure you would be able to give me the exact sums that have been invested since I joined the Trust and the amounts in Consols so purchased. I have signed the form because I feel sure that the bankers must have the correct figures as they collect the Divd."
