Letter from Henry P.Powell at 148 Leadenhall Street London to John Thomas Green: "Enclosed I send you a letter I have received from Messrs Gurney of Norwich, handing me a form of conversion for £1500 3% consols standing in our joint names. This I have signed & now send it to you for your signature. Kindly return it to Messrs Gurney and at the same time ask them to let us have a form for the remaining Consols forming part of this Trust. As regards the Birch Trust I have already signed the form for the conversion of the consols under this Deed, but this cannot be completed till Mr.Whalley returns from Mexico which will not be until the middle of next month"
