He has full powers and we have completed the sale of the Public House & the Sadler's Shop on a Conveyance from the Mortgagee the purchase money of both lots coming to near a £1000. I will pay any extra cost. I am anxious to Complete these Contracts as the purchase money will almost satisfy the Mortgagee's Debt".
