Letter from John Latham at Congleton [Cheshire] to John Thomas Green: "Cannot you carry out this purchase as I propose in [sic] perhaps your client wishes to give it up? I don't see what better title you can have than the Deed executed by the Trustees & a Deed of Confirmation by the Mortgagee as you first proposed. I expect to be in Woburn shortly & should like to complete this purchase if possible. If you will let me have the engrossments of the Deed of Confirmation as approved of by me the matter can be completed at once. Mr.Bygott is very pressing".
