Letter from John Latham in Congleton [Cheshire] to John Thomas Green: "I enclose abstract of the Mortgage notice of which you have received from Mr.Ed.Bygott of Wem on behalf of Mr.E.Percival. If you will prepare Releases to the several purchasers you were concerned for and let me have them I will arrange with Mr.E.Bygott as to completion of Hopkins' purchase. I think it is hardly necessary to prepare Releases to such purchasers who have completed as Mr.Percival is I understand satisfied with the security of the remaining property.. Anyhow you might let the Releases to these stand over to see if any assurances less expensive to me can be made with respect to them. The expenses I will of course pay. You are concerned for Lots 5, 6 & 10 to Elizabeth Cooke, Lots 16 & 17 to Kemp. Completed. Lot [blank] to Hopkins not completed I believe".
