Letter from Edward Bygott in Wem [Shropshire] to John Thomas Green: "Mr.Percival is willing to confirm this sale on the purchase money and interest being paid to him before the 20th inst. He was no party to the Contract and is not bound by it. The Document which Mr.Percival signs will be dated on the day of his signature. Let me know what purchasers at former sales you are concerned for with full particulars of purchase moneys &c. I have nothing to do with the allegation that Mr.Percival or any one acting for him before I was concerned was a party to the suppression of his mortgage"
