    Draft copy terms of partnership Reciting: - William Henry Tanqueray and C[harles] D[ymoke] Green were partners in equal shares in premises in Vine Street and elsewhere in Bloomsbury and in business of distillers; - value of the shares had been hitherto valued at £45,000; - the partners had agreed to take Charles Waugh Tanqueray, son of a deceased partner and William Henry Tanqueray, son of William Henry Tanqueray into partnership with them; Operative Part: - partnership divided into twelve shares; - value of the business to be £60,000 i.e. £5,000 per share; - share value to be £3,750 making a total of £45,000 - partnership to last for five years from 1 Jan 1873; - real and leasehold estates were partnership assets and remained vested in William Henry Tanqueray the elder and Charles Dymoke Green in trust for the firm; - in the event of the death of either senior partner the other was to run the business without the executors of the deceased interfering for the remainder of that year at the end of which the surviving partner would transfer the appropriate portion into the names of the executors; - the executors would not demand payment for the deceased's portion of shares or capital in excess of £5,000 in any one year; - no partner to draw more than £500 per share from profits in any one year until his capital be fully disposed of
