    Conveyance i) Emily Georgiana Jane Clarkson, wife of Lewis Furnell Clarkson, Molesworth Rectory, near Kimbolton, Hunts, Clerk in Holy Orders ii) Arthur Staunton Wade Gery, Shefford, gentleman reciting: - above mortgage and transfer of mortgage - the death of Thomas Gorham Pierson on 23 July 1885. - his will dated 17 June 1869 whereby he appointed his brother, Henry Cornelius Pierson, as sole executor. - As said H C Pierson died without taking probate thereof, Letters of Adminstration with will annexed were on 12 August 1885 granted to i) by PPR - i) has agreed to sell property to ii) for £590 i.e. £400 for the freehold property and £190 for the copyhold. To effectuate the sale of the copyhold property to ii) and in consideration of £190 paid by ii) to i) John Street, at request of i) surrendered into hands of Lord of Manor of Langford: - such parts of land in Langford as shown on plan on deed and specified in schedule as being copyhold (2a) numbered 10 on plan Now to further effectuate said sale consideration - £400 paid to i) by ii) (total, with aobve - £590) i) conveys to ii): - such parts of land in Langford as shown on plan on deed and specified in schedule as being freehold (1r 32p) numbered 11 on plan to be held by ii) freed from the equity of redemption Also i) releases and quitclaims to ii) said copyhold land from said sum of £500 secured by above mortgages With schedule of lands concerned [as above] signature of i) endorsed witness Lewis Furnell Clarkson
