In pursuance of an agreement entered into before 29th April 1910 and in consideration of £1700 paid by ii) to i)
i) conveys to ii):
- piece of land with messuage, warehouse, stable, manufacturing, dying and store rooms, bleach houses etc erected thereon situate at the rear of certain premises in Wellington Street, Luton, of which they originally formed part together with right of way from Peel Street along a joint right of way of width of 10 feet (as in plan on deed)
to hold to the use of ii) subject to right of way over passageway of width of 3 feet and height of 7 feet to rear of 50 Wellington Street
