- will of Joseph Bailey dated 2 May 1874 by which, after bequeathing to wife, said M A Bailey, all his household furniture and effects, he devised the residue to ii) and to William Paxton Reading Southam of Dunstable, auctioneer.
- Said W P R Southam and ii) appointed executors
- He died on 3 May 1874
- Will proved on 8 September 1874 in PPR by ii), W P R Southam having renounced probate.
- By deed poll of 29 July 1875 W P R Southam renounced all his interest in trusts etc of said will £300 has been repaid by ii) and all interest has been paid to date
Now in consideration of £400 paid by ii) to i)
i) release to ii):
- messuage, bleach house etc known as 32, Wellington Street, Luton, and now in occupation of ii) with right of access over occupation road
to use of ii) freed from said sum of £700 and interest
