Mortgage i) Henry Cooper, Luton, straw hat manufacturer ii) Thomas Puddephatt, Luton, baker; George Hellen Patmore, Luton, draper and Thomas Mitchell (trustees of the Loyal Victory Lodge of the Odd Fellows, Manchester Unity No 5268 held at Luton) consideration - £200 lent to i) by ii) out of money belonging to them on a joint account i) grants to ii): - 17 Peel Street, Luton, with back garden and outbuildings [as above] - portion of slip of ground to be held to use of ii) to secure repayment of said £200 on 16 April next and interest at 5% p.a. If unpaid on day concerned then interest payable until principal repaid.
