If unpaid on day concerned then interest payable until principal repaid. Property to be insured in Guardian Insurance Office in £200. ii) to insure if i) fails to do so Power of sale in case of default of repayments for period of 6 months mark of i) signatures of ii) endorsed receipt witnesses W Neve, solicitor, Bedford & Cornelius Terry also endorsed with acknowledgement of receipt of all monies due 16 October 1897 attached: 3 receipts to Mrs Baker for principal, interest and sum in lieu of notice 16 October 1897
