£57 in full satisfaction of all fines etc and other monies secured whereby said mortgage was vacated and freehold of property passed to i)
Now in consideration of £230 paid by ii) to i)
i) releases to ii):
- piece of land in Peel Street
- building erected thereon right of way, use of pump and well, and dividing wall
