Charge i) Alfred Good, Luton, accountant ii) Trustees of the Luton Equitable Benefit Building Society [as in X815/8/2] i) is a member of the Society and has subscribed for 1å shares numbered 64 and 163 and is entitled to receive out of the funds of the Society £127 10s Now in consideration of £127 10s paid to i) by ii) i) agrees to make payments and perform the rules of the Society in respect of shares 64 and 163 and also shares numbered 27 and 134 purchased from Joseph Juggins also i) agrees with ii) that - piece of ground, messuage, right of way etc shall be a security for repayment of said £127 10s and subscription fees. No part of property to be redeemed until said sum fully paid and Society rules observed in respect of said 1å shares signature of i) endorsed receipt witness George Bailey also endorsed with declaration that Joseph Lingar, the purchaser of the property had paid £57 in discharge of all money owed 17 September 1853
