To share cost of repair together with wall dividing the ground from premises late in occupation of Mary Impey on trust to permit i) to hold said property so long as he makes payments to the Society. Power of sale in case of default ii) may insure property and reclaim cost from i) signature of i) endorsed receipt witnesses Alfred Good, accountant, Luton; George Bailey, Luton also endorsed with declaration that Joseph Linger, the purchaser of the property, had paid off £57 in full satisfaction of all money owed - 17 September 1853
