    Conveyance i) Lovell Smeathman, Great Missenden, Bucks, surgeon ii) John Gray, Luton, builder iii) Joseph Juggins, Luton, cooper reciting deed of 25 January 1844: a) John Crichton Stuart, Marquis of Bute b) ii) c) George Gregory - piece of ground on which below mentioned premises were built was conveyed to b) or to c) in trust for b) reciting mortgage of 15 August 1846 between ii) and i) by which said premises were conveyed to i) subject to redemption on payment of £6,000 and interest ii) has agreed with iii) to sell hereinafter premises for £195 which is to be paid to i) Deeds relate also to property of greater value in mortgage to i) so have been retained by ii) or i) until property disposed of, with ii) entering into covenant for production thereof. When whole of property has been sold ii) will be at liberty to deliver them to largest purchasers upon such purchasers covenanting to produce them to iii) now in consideration of £195 paid by iii), at direction of ii) to i) i) at request of ii) releases to iii): - piece of ground in Peel Street, fronting said street SE premises lately sold by ii) to John Plummer and now in occupation of William Dunham NW property of ii) late in occupation of Mary Impey NE Peel Street - messuage lately erected on said piece of ground by ii) formerly in occupation of - Sims and now of Mary Ann Kempson together with right of way from Dunstable Place over back of above piece of ground and other houses of ii) and the Lock Up house in Peel Street, of width of 8ft 3 ins. Also with use of pump and well of water. To share cost of repair as also of wall dividing above piece of ground from premises late in occupation of Mary Impey iii) declares that any wife shall not be entitled to dower out of said premises with covenant to produce deeds, as above signatures of all endorsed receipt witness Frederick Charsley, solr, Amersham, Bucks
