i) has transferred his shares in the Luton Benefit Building Society to ii)
ii) has agreed with i) for the purchase of the property subject to the payment of the subscriptions etc in respect of the 3 shares (£150), for £50 (total - £200)
Now in consideration of £50 paid to i) by ii) and of covenant made by ii)
i) releases to ii):
- piece of land in Peel Street
- messuage erected on it subject to conditions as in deed of appointment of 29 December 1849
ii) agrees to make the payments to the Society and observe their rules
signatures of both
endorsed receipt
witness Richard Waring, solicitor, Luton
also endorsed regarding the transfer of said 3 shares and that ii) has executed another mortgage in lieu of within mentioned 20 July 1853
