reciting release by way of mortgage of 15 August 1846:

- messuages erected thereon by 1) subject to redemption on payment of £6000 and interest at 5% p.a. by 1) to 2)
Said sum of £6000 is still owing together with arrears of interest
ii) has agreed to sell piece of land to iii) for £49 2s 8d which is to be paid to i) in part satisfaction of his mortgage debt
Now in consideration of £49 2s 8d at request of ii) paid to i) by iii)
i) at request of ii) conveys to iii):
