Mortgage i) William Cobb, Biggleswade, bootmaker (a member of the Sandy and District Permanent Mutual Benefit Building Society) ii) said Sandy and District Permanent Mutual Benefit Building Society consideration - £150 (being amount to which he is entitled in respect of 3 of the Society's shares) i) covenants to pay £5 9s 8d quarterly for 10 years and also such fines, fees etc as shall become payable under rules of the Society also i) covenants with ii) to surrender into hands of Lord of Manor of Biggleswade - premises as in Schedule to use of ii) to be void if payments made punctually Power of sale may be exercised by ii) if necessary Premises to be insured in joint names of i) and ii) Schedule - premises in Langford Lane, Biggleswade - 2 cottages adjoining on N and S to which i) was admitted tenant on 16 November 1888 signature of i) witness E Leeds Smith, sol, Sandy endorsed with acknowledgement of receipt by Society of all monies due - 27 February 1899
