James Barber in consideration of rent charges paid to him and his wife Anne by Ebenezer Barber and Cornelius Barber of Biggleswade, cordwainers, surrendered into hands of Lord of Manor
- messuage in Langford Lane, Biggleswade, in occupation of said James Barber
to 1/3rd part of which he was admitted at a Court held on 1 June 1842 and to the other 2 x 1/3rd parts on surrenders of Jemima Emery and George Stonebridge to intent that James Barber may receive rent charge of 14s per week out of said property
If Anne survives him she is to have 7s per week
to use of Ebenezer and Cornelius Barber as joint tenants in trust for themselves and their heirs as tenants in common
