    Manor of Bigleswade reciting death of Samuel Barber and admittance to above property reciting also the will of Thomas Barber, the late father of Samuel, dated 30 March 1793 (proved Bedford) to - 1/3rd part of --- cottage in Langford Street, Biggleswade formerly in occupations of William Lincoln and John Cooper to which Thomas Barber was admitted tenant at Court held on 2 and 3 May 1783 (yearly rent åd) on surrender of Daniel Gray and Abraham Thorn, and which Thomas Barber devised, after death of his wife, Hannah, to 3 brothers said Samuel, William and John Barber as tenants in common but Samuel Barber was never admitted tenant to said 1/3rd part Samuel Barber made his will dated 10 April 1827 (proved in Peculiar Court of Biggleswade kept at Huntingdon) by which he bequeathed to wife, Elizabeth Barber, for life, all his property in Biggleswade. To go to his children after his death, as tenants in common. He left 3 children surviving him, James Barber, Keziah Stanbridge, and Jemima Emery. Reciting also surrender of 1 February 1830 and of 20 May 1833 On 1 May 1835 Elizabeth Barber was admitted tenant for her life to property in Biggleswade under will of Samuel Barber, deceased. She has lately died. So has Keziah Stanbridge, leaving her eldest son George Stanbridge, a mariner, who has attained 21. Richard Emery has also lately died leaving his widow, Jemima, surviving him. Now James Barber, George Stanbridge and Jemima Emery are admitted tenants of their 1/3rd parts of the premises as tenants in common yearly rent - 1s and 1/3rd of 1/2d
