    Copy absolute surrender George Stanbridge, Stotfold, mariner (eldest son and heir of Keziah Stanbridge (formerly Keziah Barber, spinster), deceased, by her husband Samuel Stanbridge, late of Biggleswade but now of Stotfold, Baptist Minister), in consideration of £63 paid by James Barber, Biggleswade, cordwainer, surrendered - undivided 1/3rd part of --- 2 tofts, with cottage many years since erected thereon in Holme Street, Biggleswade --- several other cottages built thereon by Samuel Barber, deceased, the grandfather of George Stanbridge now in occupation of Thomas Taylor, - Layton, Eliza Reed, James Barber, John Phillips and James Robinson. To said 1/3rd part George Stanbridge was admitted tenant at special Court held this day subject to conditional surrender of 1 February 1830 to secure repayment of £125 to use of James Barber signature of George Stanbridge receipt witnesses William Larkins W Thos Chapman
