--- several other cottages built thereon by Samuel Barber, deceased, the grandfather of George Stanbridge now in occupation of Thomas Taylor, - Layton, Eliza Reed, James Barber, John Phillips and James Robinson.
To said 1/3rd part George Stanbridge was admitted tenant at special Court held this day subject to conditional surrender of 1 February 1830 to secure repayment of £125
