Letter from W.W.Kerslake, Controller at Legacy & Succession Duty Department, Somerset House to John Thomas Green: "In reply to your letter of the 13th instant I write to say that the Personal Estate of the late Thomas Paxton was sworn not to exceed £600, but no Residuary Account has yet been rendered. I shall be glad to know when the Testator's Widow died, and of what (so far as you are aware) the Property now consists. I return the Office letter dated the 10 March 1824"
