There is £100 on Deposit and 2 years interest at 2 1/2 And £70 on account. I held the receipt of the Deposit but have mislaid it. I saw Messrs Bassett concerning it on March 13. My Brother will stand as Bondsman. There addresses [sic] are James Philpot Osidge House Southgate N. William Philpot Springfield Cottage Derby Road Northampton"
