The agreement is dated 26 Nov 1883 & the tenancy commenced on that day Lane No agreement - has lived there all his life - pays his rent yearly at Mich's. Garner no agreement, tenancy commenced 25th March 1883 a yearly tenant. Banner weekly tenant from 15 Sept 1883. Creake weekly tenant from 29 Sept 1883 Lomans (late Bates) weekly tenant commenced Oct 31st 1883. I have at the request of Mrs.Clarke given notices to quit to the three yearly tenants viz Harris Lane & Garner"
