Parties: (i) George Bailey of 5 Union Street, Luton, Beds, solicitor. (ii) Charles Mees of Stafford House, 19 Chesham Road, Kemp Town, Brighton, Sussex. (iii) Rev Charles Edward Mees of 12 Park Road, Southampton, Hampshire, minister. (iv) Charles Weston of 31 Ashton Road, Luton, solicitor's clerk. Reciting: - (i) wishes to settle the premises at (a) and the mortgage and securities upon it for the benefit of himself & his wife. Operative: - (i) as beneficial owner transfers and conveys (a) to (ii) & (iii) upon trusts. (a) Security for repayment of monies at mortgage dated 2nd Aug 1880 between Thomas Durrant & (i) (See Z1121/3/5). Habendum: - Unto (ii) & (iii) upon trust for (i) to receive net yearly income arising from the interest at (a) and after his decease to Mary Bailey, wife of (i) for her natural life. (Recital II) (ii) died on the 5th Nov 1896. (Recital III) (i) died on the 9th Jun 1897. (Recital IV) Will of (i) dated 1st Jul 1896 whereby the above settlement was confirmed and (ii), (iii) & (iv) appointed trustees.
