Property (See attached plan) (a) Parcel of land at West Hyde, Luton of 4p 4y lately forming part of a close of arable land in the occupation of John Peacock called Brown Brick field. Bounded on NW by a road lately laid out by (i) leading to Park Road; N side by land lately sold by (i) to Richard Wright; SE by land retained by (i) and on the SW side by cottages & premises of (ii). Coloured yellow on the attached plan. Habendum: Unto and to the use of (ii) Signed by (i) and witnessed and signed by Richard Cooke of Luton, solicitor.
