Reciting: - Conveyance dated 1st Apr 1862 between (1) John Boyle William Stuart the younger & Charles Stuart (trustees of the will of John Crichton Stuart, Marquis of Bute deceased) (2) (i) whereby (1) conveyed a plot of land in West Hyde, Luton which was apart of a close of arable land called Brown Brick Field of 95p 22y to (2). Operative: - In consideration of £60/5/- (i) conveys (a) to (ii). Property (See attached plan) (a) Piece or parcel of land in West Hyde, Luton of 14 ½ poles forming part of a close of arable land in the occupation of John Peacock called Brown Brick Field. Bounded on the NW by a road leading to Park Road; NE by land retained by (i); SE by land retained by (i); SW by another new road leading to Park Road.
