    Abstract of title of the London & County Banking Company to property in England. Abstracted by J. Fraser of 16 Furnivals Inn, E.C for the purpose of the conveyance of 'The Queens Hotel', Luton from William Ottywill Pepper to William Pickering. (Recital I) Conveyance dated 10th Jul 1872 between: (i) William Champion Jones & Philip Patton Blyth. (ii) John Robert Stevens of 4 Nicholas Lane, London, gentleman (iii) Said William Jones; Frederick Harrison & Frederick Francis of 21 Lombard Street, esquire. Reciting: - Indenture of settlement dated 4th Aug 1836 empowering appointment of trustees. - John Burmester resigned his office of trustee on the 1st Mar 1870 and Frederick Harrison was appointed. - P.P. Blyth resigned his office of trustee on the 24th Jun 1872 and F. Francis was appointed. - Death of John Burmester on the 5th Jul 1872 and his burial at Tonbridge Wells, Kent. Operative: - In consideration of the premises (i) conveys (a) unto (ii). Property: - All property in England that had become vested in (i) in trust for the London & County Banking Company. Habendum: - Unto (ii) to the use of (iii) in trust for the said banking company. Covenants: - Directors of said company have overall power of sale subject to any mortgage and security on (a). (Recital II) Conveyance dated 3rd Mar 1874 between: (i) William Champion Jones; Frederick Harrison & Frederick Francis. (ii) The London & County Banking Company. Operative: - (i) conveys (a) unto (ii). Property: - All hereditaments of a freehold tenure in England that has been assured to (i) in trust for (ii). Habendum: - Unto and to the use of (ii).
