Bounded on NE by the public footpath leading from Chapel Street into Castle Street; on SE by another part of the said close lately sold by (ii) to (iii); on SW by Victoria Street and on NW by another part of the said close belonging to (iii).
Habendum:
- Unto and to the use of (iii).
Covenants:
- No widow of (iii) to dower out of (a).
