- TitleAgreement Parties: (i) Ann Denbigh (ii) Thomas Cart Reciting: - (i) and (ii) have parted a piece of garden ground belonging to the property conveyed at Z1121/1/13 & /14 with a pole fence. Operative: - 'If any person or persons shall at any time make any dispute about the parting of the said piece of garden ground so parted as aforesaid. Then and in such case (ii) his heirs and assigns shall and may hold and enjoy that piece of garden ground that formerly did belong and doth now belong to the said messuage or tenement now called or known by the name or sign of the Kings Head. The same being a square piece of ground containing 20 square poles from the upper side of the garden ground of Isaac Dix on the West the ground late of Joseph Barber on the North and the houses and ground in the tenure or occupation of Joseph Coleman and William Emerton on the South.'
