Operative: - In consideration of £1035/14/7 (i) conveys (a) to (ii). Property: (a) Pasture land of 46a 1r 7p with the farmyard, stack yard & farm buildings thereon fronting Shenley Road and now in the occupation of Thomas Yirrell. Habendum: - Unto and to the use of (ii).
