We hope to name an early day next week to complete. We have asked Mr.Wigley before doing so to look over the House & take down particulars of Fixtures & Fittings which you said will all by the Agreement belong to us. Mr.Holdom appears to have forgotten that they were included in the bargain. We presume you will accept our cheque in payment.Will you let us have an account of the interest due from us, no deposit has been paid"
