Draft Conveyance Parties: (i) Frederic Thomas Tanqueray of Woburn; (ii) Thomas Green of Sheep Lane, Potsgrove, grocer; (iii) Hastings, Duke of Bedford; (iv) Col.Hon.William Edward Sackville West of Lime Grove, Bangor [Carnarvon]; Sackville Arthur Cecil of Oast House, Hayes Common, Beckenham [Kent] Reciting: - mortgage of 27 Jun 1856 in which Joseph Souster (acting under indenture of 1 May 1856 between (1) Ida Margaret Wiffen, Mary Isaline Wiffen and Hannah Hollinshead Wiffen; (2) Joseph Souster; (3) Jonathan Souster) borrowed £120 secured on (a) and other property from Thomas Page Turney at 5% interest; the indenture making it lawful for Thomas Page Turney to sell the premises without consent of Joseph Souster if certain events happened; - further advance of 16 Sep 1859 of £50 from Thomas Page Turney to Joseph Souster; - transfer of mortgage of 17 Jul 1879 from Thomas Page Turney to John Thomas Green and Frederic Thomas Tanqueray; - (ii) had paid a proportionate part of the purchase monies of (a) and other property and had received £60 as his share of the loan of £120 advanced by Thomas Page Turney; - (ii) had paid £185/5/- to Thomas Page Turney and by direction of (ii) Turney assigned the principal sums of £120 and £50 with interest to (i) upon trust for (ii) along with (a) and other property; - the principal sums of £120 and £50 had now been reduced by sale of security property except (a) so that £60 remained outstanding; - will of Francis, Duke of Bedford of 7 May 1861 establishing a trust for his real estate; - death of Francis, Duke of Bedford on 14 May 1861 and proof of his will in PPR on 31 Jul 1861; - (iii) were now trustees Operative Part: - (iv), by direction of (iii), paid £160 to (ii); - (i), by direction of (ii), conveyed and (ii) confirmed (a) to (iii) Property [as shown on included plan]: (a) two cottages in Sheep Lane, Potsgrove in occupation of Thomas Green
