Letter from Elizabeth King at Oxton [Cheshire] to John Green: "Until this morning I have not been able to get Vincent to look at what you advised me to do about the Settlement. He agrees to all you have proposed, except it must be for £4500 as you will see by the enclosed letter from Charles H.Tanqueray and as there is a clause in the new Settlement giving me power to pay out of Capital, no notice need be taken of the £500 as I can give a letter to pay it when George is called upon by John, for George is Guarantor and I am only responsible to George. I suppose you will arrange with the present trustees. What do you say to Fred Tanqueray and Charles H.Tanqueray to replace them You will see the £200 will be paid to Vincent. If you can get this Deed ready for V & K to sign before we leave England on the 9th Augt I shall be glad"
