Letter from Thomas George Green at Toddington Brewery to Frederic Thomas Tanqueray: "I am very sorry to give so much trouble, but I find there as been a mistake made, the debt owing to Thomas Purrett is only £109 instead of £170 at which I believe I put it, on going over his a/c last night I found out the mistake, the bearer of this can explain how the mistake was made as he was partly the cause of it. I believe all the other items are as nearly correct as I can get them"
