Draft will of William Henry Denison of Wavendon [Buckinghamshire], esquire: - John Thomas Green of Woburn, gentleman and Charles Dymoke Green of Hendon [Middlesex], gentleman to be executors; - to his wife Sarah D'Oyley Denison all his personal estate; - to his executors Fenton House, Wavendon, Wavendon Manor and real estate in Wavendon and Aspley Guise upon trust to receive rents etc. and keep in good repair paying the residue of rents etc. to Sarah D'Oyley Denison for life remainder to appointee of her will, in default of such will, upon trust for sale and division of the proceeds equally between his three Godchildren Frances Harriet Walker, Frances Sarah Boulger and William Henry Denison
