Codicil to will of Caroline Cooper Cooper of Toddington, spinster [will dated 21 Apr 1886 which was identical to HN10/270/Cooper1]: - revoking bequests as follows: £500 to Henry Robinson, £2,000 to Guillaume van der Burch, old china and pictures from Manor to William Smith Cooper Cooper, old engravings to Henry Robinson and household furniture etc. to trustees; - £2,000 to trustees upon trust to invest and the income to be paid to Lucie van der Burch, wife of Guillaume van der Burch, for her life, remainder upon trust for her daughter, remainder to testator's nephew Arthur van der Burch; - £500 to trustees upon trust to invest and the income to be paid to Margaret Robinson, wife of Henry Robinson, remainder upon trust for her second daughter generally called "Sis"; - her old engravings to trustees upon trust to permit Henry Robinson to hold for his life, remainder to his son generally known as "Bonnie"; - all old china and pictures, all such furniture etc. in drawing room (except money), all household linen and two donkeys to her brother William Cooper Cooper, remainder to his son William Smith Cooper Cooper with a request that they do not dispose of them as they were marked with family members' names; - all modern china in equal shares to nieces Constance Amelia Cooke, Elizabeth Caroline Robinson, Lucy Battiscombe, Georgina Robinson and Maria de Froissart Broissia; - all furniture etc. in dining room and her bedroom (except money and specific bequests) to Elizabeth Caroline Robinson; - all furniture etc. in spare room (except money and specific bequests) to Constance Amelia Cooke; - all furniture etc. in the Nurse's and Cook's bedrooms (except money and specific bequests) to Georgina Robinson; - all furniture etc. in kitchen, pantry and nurse's sitting room (except money and specific bequests) to Elizabeth Caroline Robinson and Georgina Robinson in equal shares; - all fixtures in her house which were tenant's fixtures to her brother William from whom she rented the house; - £10 to her servant Annie Walford, £5 to William Harris, £5 to Mrs.Hunter in addition to £25 already bequeathed in her will; - witnessed by Frederic Tanqueray of Woburn, solicitor and Katie Tanqueray, his wife
