(iii) John Manning of Tingrith, Beds, gardener and Charles Franklin of Bedford, coal merchant (the trustees). Reciting: - Intended marriage of (i) and (ii). Operative: - (iii) to hold £500 paid by (ii) in trust for (ii) until the said marriage. - After which upon trust to invest the £500 in whatever way fit and pay income to (ii) during her life and after her decease to (i) during his life and after their death to all children of the said marriage who have attained age of 21. - If no children under intended marriage and (i) dies before (ii) then upon the trusts (ii) appoints in her will. If intestate then upon trusts for persons who under the statutes for the distribution of effects of intestates would become entitled if (ii) died intestate and without having been married. - (i) and (ii) have powers to appoint new trustees.
